Banking in Uncertain Times
The Speaker for this session was Mr. T.S. Anantharaman, Chairman, Catholic Syrian Bank Ltd. Mr. Shaji Varghese, President of the Cochin Chamber of Commerce & Industry delivered the Welcome Address. Mr. T.S. Anantharaman spoke about the current banking scenario and how the banking industry has changed over the past few decades. He also explained how over the coming years banks as we know it in the physical sense would become obsolete. Mr. P.M. Veeramani Executive Committe member of the Chamber delivered the vote of thanks and presented a Memento to the Speaker.
