CEO Forum Breakfast Meeting today was not just exchanging business cards, wasn’t just a networking – it was a simple reminder to pause, reset, think about our well-being.
Ms. LIGI ABRAHAM, the founder of Pranatva took the attendees on a journey into mind body practices for stress management. Her talk, "The CEO Reset: "Mind-Body Practices for Stress Management," offered a moment to step back from the daily stress whirlwind and reconnect with ourselves. In sharing practical, grounded techniques to help us lead with clarity, balance and resilience – qualities that often get forgotten in the chase for success – she reminded me that pushing to reach our full potential is not only OK, it’s worth it.
The morning was spent thinking, laughing, and feeling camaraderie amongst the attendees.
We’re building a community of leaders who know that being a thriving leader extends beyond meeting targets, it’s about ourselves, as leaders, and about how we take care of each other.
