The 2-day Workshop on "The Last Mile - Eligibility 2 Employability" was organised on the 15th and 16th of February, 2019.

 

The Chief Guest at the Inaugural Session on the 15th was Mr. S. Venkatesh, Management Board Member and President – Group HR for RPG Enterprises.

 

The Inaugural Session was followed by a Panel Discussion on the topic "Careers 2020 and Beyond - Your way forward."

The Panel Discussion was followed by the Training session.


Day 1 ended by 06.00 p.m.

 

The Second day started on the 16th at 09.00 a.m with a Panel Discussion on the topic "Bridging the Eligibility - Employability Divide."

The Second day's Panel Discussion was followed by the rest of the Training sessions, Group Discussions and Mock Interviews for the Participants.

 

The Workshop was attended by over 80 participants from 24 different educational institutions from across Kerala.


At the end of the second-day, Participation certificates were given to all the students who attended the programme. Certificates of Merit were also awarded to the students/teams who performed exceedingly well in the various activities organised.

 

The Workshop was supported by Eastern Group of Companies who was the Principal Sponsor and, CMRL, and Federal Bank Limited were the Associate Sponsors. The Cochin Chamber is very thankful and humbled by the support of all its sponsors.
