The Sixth Breakfast Meeting under the CEO FORUM 2016 - 17 was on Stress & the CEO  addressed by Dr. Arun Oommen, Consultant Neuro Surgeon, Lakeshore Hospital and Research Centre, Kochi on Friday, 3rd March 2017 at the Taj Gateway, Ernakulam. Mr. Shaji Varghese, President of the Cochin Chamber delivered the welcome address and introduced the Speaker. Dr. Arun Oommen explained the effects of Stress and Sleep Deprivation on the day to day life of a CEO. Mr. C.S. Kartha, Past President of the Cochin Chamber presented the Memento to the Speaker. Mr. V. Venugopal, Vice President of the Cochin Chamber delivered the vote of thanks.
